Online Courses

Refunds for online courses: are given under the following circumstances:

  • Where students did not access any of the online course materials and sent a request for a refund in writing via email within ten (10) business days before the beginning date of the course, the student will receive 100% of the total payment less the administrative fee ($180).
  • In case the student did not access any of the online course materials and sent a request for a refund in writing via email less than ten (10) business days before the beginning date of the course, the student will receive 50% of the total payment less the administrative fee ($180).
  • There will be no refunds once the course started in any manner.


Frontal Courses

Refunds for frontal courses in Israel are given under the following circumstances:

  • Students who didn't receive visas to Israel will receive a full refund, excluding the administration fee of $180.
  • Students who wish to cancel their registration and request a refund in writing via email within thirty (30) business days before the course begins will receive 75% of the total payment.
  • Students who wish to cancel their registration and request a refund in writing via email within fifteen (15) business days before the course begins will receive 50% of the total payment.
  • Students who wish to cancel their registration and request a refund in writing via email less than fifteen (15) business days before the course begins will not receive any refund.
